TeamSystem is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their innovative team in Turbigo, Italy. You will be responsible for designing and developing features for the company platform using Node.js and TypeScript while collaborating closely with designers for responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, a strong proficiency in TypeScript, and is familiar with cloud platforms. In a fast‑paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high‑quality software.

In Particular, You Will

• Design and develop full‑stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third‑party systems.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well‑documented code on both frontend and backend.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in full‑stack software development;
• Product‑driven mindset and a high sense of ownership;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the entire stack;
• Excellent knowledge of React.js for building modern user interfaces;
• Solid experience with Node.js and modern backend development practices;
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
• Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), or CI/CD pipelines will be considered a plus.
