Generali Asset Management seeks an experienced IT professional to lead Front-to-Back change initiatives, design solutions around SimCorp Dimension, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery. You will gather requirements, define technical designs, and oversee implementation while collaborating with stakeholders across the asset management domain.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance or Computer Science (or equivalent) is required.
• At least 5 years' experience as IT Business Analyst or IT Solution Architect in financial services.
• Experience coordinating IT projects in complex environments.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus; familiarity with investment/asset management is valued.
• Good knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and drive Front-to-Back change initiatives throughout their lifecycle, aligning business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors.
• Define and document technical designs for Front-to-Back solutions with a focus on SimCorp Dimension and related ecosystems.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and implement new functionalities within SimCorp Dimension and other platforms for seamless integration.
• Draft comprehensive functional documentation and guidelines for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of IT platforms to enhance efficiency and user experience.
