Generali Asset Management in Milano seeks an IT Business Analyst / Solution Architect to lead Front-to-Back change initiatives, design solutions around SimCorp Dimension, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will gather requirements, define technical specs, and oversee implementation across platforms supporting portfolio management and pre/post-trade workflows.

The role combines analysis, architecture, and project coordination to deliver scalable IT solutions aligned with business needs

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years as IT Business Analyst or IT Solution Architect in financial services.
• Experience coordinating IT projects in complex environments with requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus; familiarity with asset management a plus.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian; ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Front-to-Back change initiatives across lifecycle from gathering requirements to rollout.
• Define and document technical designs for Front-to-Back solutions focusing on SimCorp Dimension.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Configure and implement functionalities within SimCorp Dimension and related platforms.
• Draft comprehensive functional documentation and guidelines for teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of IT platforms.
