Enterprise Architecture / Solution Design

• Coordination of Technical Analysis in support of Technical Departments
• Feasibility Study to check feasibility and present it to non‑technical stakeholders
• High Level Design in the role of senior architect
• Contribute in development and maintenance of EA
• Cloud Initiative Evaluation in support of Cloud Solution Architects for hybrid architectures
• Demand and Project Portfolio processes to guarantee defined levels of quality for the new customer demands and internal projects

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a complex environment with more than 1000 people in the company, an international environment (7 countries) and dozens of distinct business units
• Ability to work in an international team with different cultures using English language for every activity
• Ability to work in a most digital workplace with few in‑person interactions
• Predisposition to flexible ways of working with frequent priority changes

Nice to have: Presentation skills to prepare and present topics in front of (non‑domain) people, including Top‑Management

Technical skills

• Strong capabilities in analyzing complicated problems and in extracting concise but complete synthesis
• Design skills to create architecture models using formal languages like ArchiMate
• Business continuity architecture knowledge and culture, both for cloud and on‑premises systems
• Understanding of on‑premises technologies and architectures like software‑defined compute, software‑defined network, software‑defined storage
• Basic cloud architecture knowledge on AWS and Azure and understanding of the SaaS ecosystem
• Full understanding of the intricacies related to hybrid (on‑prem/cloud) architectures

Nice to have:

• Database infrastructure knowledge, especially related to Oracle, Microsoft and EnterpriseDB technologies
• SAP infrastructure knowledge (SAP, SAP HANA, SAP 4/HANA)
• Security architecture knowledge

Language requirements (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

• Fully proficient in Italian: C2 level
• Fluent in written and oral English: at least B2 certified level, C1 preferred

Preference will be accorded to applicants with intermediate level (B1) of at least one of the following languages: German, French, Czech, Hungarian.
