Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own asset class data specifications within the BFDM and URT frameworks. You will support surveillance design, risk taxonomy maintenance, and client engagements while collaborating with product, engineering and data science teams.

The role emphasizes AI-native, agentic workflows and requires strong front office data experience; remote-friendly within Italy, with global operations and a revenue-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a front office role, in market surveillance, or with front office data at an exchange, trading venue, market data provider or trading technology vendor.
• English required; other languages a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines BFDM fields, schemas and validation rules for owned asset classes and checks outputs.
• Turns market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validates outputs with engineering and data science.
• Maps owned asset classes to URT risk situations and regulatory requirements and keeps coverage current.
• Answers front office, data and surveillance questions in client meetings, demos and RFPs alongside the revenue team, producing SME-reviewed collateral.
• Writes specifications for agent-based pipelines and reviews outputs through Git-based workflows in GitLab.
