Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own asset classes and ensure the BFDM and URT reflect how trading desks, venues and regulation operate. You will define data specifications, translate abuse typologies into Polaris scenarios, and collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams in a remote-friendly role within Italy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a front office role with market surveillance or front office data.
• English required; other languages a strong plus.
• Agentic workflows experience is a plus.
• Location: open for a remote candidate within Italy.

Responsabilités

• Defines BFDM fields, schemas and validation rules for owned asset classes.
• Turns market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validates outputs with engineering and data science.
• Maps owned asset classes to URT risk situations and regulatory requirements.
• Answers front office, data and surveillance questions in client meetings, demos and RFPs.
• Writes clear specifications for agent-based pipelines and validates outputs through GitLab workflows.
