Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own asset classes, define data specifications and validate models used in trading surveillance and risk management. You will collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams in a remote-friendly setting within Italy to ensure URT and BFDM reflect actual markets.

Qualifications

5+ years in front office, market surveillance, or related data roles.
English required; other languages a plus.
Experience with agentic workflows is a plus.
Location open for remote candidates within Italy.

Responsibilities

Define BFDM fields and validation rules for owned asset classes.
Turn market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validate outputs.
Maintain URT mappings to regulatory requirements and keep coverage current.
Support client meetings, demos and RFPs with SME-reviewed collateral.
Specify agent-based pipelines and contribute changes via GitLab workflows.
