Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Front Office Subject Matter Expert to own asset class data specifications and ensure BFDM and URT reflect how trading desks operate. You will translate market abuse typologies into Polaris scenarios and collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams.

This remote-friendly role within Italy requires 5+ years in front office data or surveillance, English fluency, and the ability to work with AI-native, agentic workflows and GitLab-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a front office role, market surveillance, or front office data.
• English required; other languages a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines BFDM fields, schemas and validation rules for owned asset classes.
• Turns market abuse typologies into Polaris risk scenarios and validates outputs.
• Maintains URT mapping to regulatory requirements and coverage.
• Supports client meetings, demos, and RFPs with the revenue team.
• Writes specifications for agent-based pipelines and uses GitLab workflows.
