PROGRESS GROUP, a global leader in turnkey solutions for the precast industry, seeks a French-speaking technical support specialist in an international environment. You will support customers from initial enquiry to final resolution and help coordinate on-site assignments for field technicians across France with our service planning team.

You will proactively manage service contracts and contribute to product and process improvements through customer feedback, while benefiting from excellent

Competenze

• Very good knowledge of the French language.
• Good knowledge of German and English language.
• An interest in technology and a good understanding of technical systems; ideally, some initial experience in technical support.

Mansioni

• You provide telephone and ticket-based support to our French-speaking customers, guiding them from the initial enquiry through to a successful solution.
• Together with our service planning team, you coordinate on-site assignments for our field service technicians across France
• You proactively manage and support our service contracts
• Through your customer feedback, you help drive the continuous improvement of our products and service processes, your close connection with customers creates value for the entire team
