Echoprecast is hiring a French-speaking technical support specialist to assist customers from initial contact to successful resolution in a multinational environment.

You will coordinate on-site assignments for field service technicians across France with our service planning team, and actively manage service contracts while gathering customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Competenze

• Very good knowledge of the French language.
• Good knowledge of German.
• Good knowledge of English.

Your responsibilities:

• You provide telephone and ticket-based support to our French-speaking customers, guiding them from the initial enquiry through to a successful solution
• Together with our service planning team, you coordinate on-site assignments for our field service technicians across France
• You proactively manage and support our service contracts
• Through your customer feedback, you help drive the continuous improvement of our products and service processes - your close connection with customers create value for the entire team

Your skills:

• Very good knowledge of the French language
• Good knowledge of the German and English language
• An interest in technology and a good understanding of technical systems; ideally, some initial experience in technical support
