PROGRESS GROUP seeks a service professional to plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training at customer sites. You will build and expand our network of external service technicians and collaborate with hotline, spare parts and production teams to improve field service quality and efficiency.

You will identify quality-related issues and ensure they are communicated to the relevant departments for follow-up, contributing to a seamless service experience for international customers.

Competenze

• Completed training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Good knowledge of German and English.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training at customer sites.
• Build, maintain and develop our network of external service technicians.
