Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers, driving measurable security value and cyber resiliency. You will operate at the CISO/VP level while maintaining deep technical foundations in security software.

You will balance strategic advisory work with hands-on Technical/Operational duties, building trusted executive relationships and guiding Proofpoint deployments to maximize ROI across the organization.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Executive presence with CISO/VP level engagement.
• Strategic risk assessment and advisory experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ARR renewals knowledge.
• Experience building customer success and adoption strategies at scale.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business outcomes aligned to customer security goals with measurable ROI.
• Act as strategic risk advisor, preempt renewal, adoption and posture risks.
• Lead executive business reviews and provide forward-looking strategic insights.
• Architect adoption and value realization plans for Proofpoint deployments.
• Coach customers on cyber resiliency and align Proofpoint capabilities to risk tolerance.
• Conduct weekly status calls and periodic executive reviews.
