AGCO Corporation in Breganze, IT, is seeking a Product Support Expert IDEAL - French Speaking to join our onsite team. The role focuses on expert diagnostics, field support, and promotion of AGCO’s digital tools to farmers and dealers.

The position offers permanent, onsite employment with a competitive €45,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, plus a bonus scheme and health benefits. Fluency in English and French is required for effective global collaboration.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Agricultural Business and product, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with service and parts management practices and farm machinery dealer network.
• Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness for customer and dealer interactions.
• Fluent written and verbal English and French.

Mansioni

• Ensure proper level of technical support to drive fast resolution of field issues.
• Provide expert-level dealer and customer support, especially during season starts.
• Assist with complex case resolution when local resources are exhausted.
• Support field setup and optimization across crops and conditions.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with factory for complex issues.
