AGCO in Italy is seeking a Manager – Wiring Harness Design & Electronic Hardware to lead a global team responsible for wiring harness systems, ECUs, sensors, and actuators for combines.

The role focuses on robust engineering solutions aligned with product requirements and quality standards, coordinating work across geographies (India, US, Brazil, Italy) and delivering on milestones while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The Manager – Wiring Harness Design & Electronic Hardware leads a team responsible for the design, development and integration of vehicle wiring harness systems and lifecycle management of harnesses and electronic hardware components (ECUs, sensors, and actuators) for combine harvesters.

This role ensures robust engineering solutions aligned with product requirements, quality standards, and platform strategies while coordinating work across multiple geographies (India, US, Brazil, Italy).

Your Impact

Lead a distributed global team across multiple regions, driving alignment, capability development, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Own the design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systemsand components,ensuring high-quality deliverables, validation, documentation, and adherence to program milestones.

Define and execute electrical engineering roadmaps, contribute to system architecture and technology decisions, and drive platform harmonization, modularization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of complex technical issues.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €46,000 – €72,000 gross annual salary.

The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
