AGCO Corporation seeks a Technical Assistant (Harvesting Manufacturing) to support the VP Manufacturing Global Harvesting. This onsite role coordinates cross-functional activities, manages global projects, and provides strategic and operational support across international sites.

You will drive governance, prepare materials for decision-making, analyze processes, and help standardize reporting while traveling as needed to align with global stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, or similar fields.
• Experience or strong interest in Manufacturing, ideally in complex industrial/agricultural machinery environments.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2/Agile is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and O365 collaboration tools.
• Excellent level of English.
• Availability for global travel.

The Technical Assistant supports the Vice President Manufacturing Global Harvesting by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing global and plant-level projects, and providing strategic, analytical, and operational support. Compensation

Applicable salary range: €60,000-70,000k gross annual salary

The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
