FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Milano team. You will supervise a team of operatives and drivers, ensuring motivation and fair treatment, while driving performance to meet service levels.

You will educate the team on goals, enforce safe and compliant practices, and coordinate a large operation across shifts. Fluent English and strong communication are essential; willingness to work early mornings and evenings is required.

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment.
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic.

• Availability to work early morning / evening shifts.
