JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee cross-functional floor operations in Volpiano, Piedmont, IT. You will supervise shift Team Leaders and operators, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and ensure adherence to SOPs and Italian labor standards.

You must be fluent in Mandarin, Italian, and English, with hands-on WMS and RF scanner experience. Shift flexibility and strong leadership are required for a 24/7 operation.

Competenze

• Fluency in Mandarin, Italian and English is mandatory.
• Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations in fast-paced settings.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts and support 24/7 infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, outbound dispatch).
• Lead shift Team Leaders and operators; manage real-time labor reallocation and bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione and workplace safety laws.
