Bluespace Self-Storage in Madrid is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction of new centers within the assigned territory, from pre-acquisition to handover to Operations.

You will coordinate with architecture and engineering firms, manage permits, monitor budgets and schedules, supervise sites, and ensure compliance with safety, urban planning, and legal regulations. Travel and autonomy are required for this role.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in technical construction management and project management.
• Experience in permit management and dealings with public administrations.
• Solid knowledge of urban planning, construction, and legal regulations.
• Ability to coordinate external teams and suppliers.
• High level of English is a plus.
• Own vehicle and availability to travel.

• Comprehensively manage construction projects of new centers from pre-acquisition to handover, coordinating with the responsible Project Manager.
• Coordinate with architecture and engineering firms and oversee technical development.
• Manage permits and liaise with public administrations; supervise site activity and budget control.
