Xcede Recruitment Solutions is seeking a freelance AI Forward Deployed Engineer for a B2B role in Italy. Working directly with clients, you will take projects from discovery through to production, building full-stack solutions and integrating AI into production systems.

Based in Italy with remote options, you will collaborate with clients across the country, travel as needed, and demonstrate strong Python/JavaScript skills, practical GenAI experience, and clear communication in English.

Competenze

• Experience as a full stack developer who moved into AI/LLM work
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with production AI/ML workflows

• Diagnose business problems with clients and design pragmatic AI/LLM solutions
• Build across the full stack (frontend and backend)

• Own projects end-to-end from architecture to shipped code
