K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Deployment Strategist to deliver AI solutions for enterprise customers in Italy. You will manage projects from the initial scoping to production launch, ensuring successful onboarding and integration within client environments.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in technical program management or similar fields. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist for a permanent position.

The client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support complex AI deployments. Their solutions help companies implement AI agents across real business workflows, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes, production readiness and customer impact.

Role background

The selected candidate will own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, managing projects from early scoping through production launch.

The role includes defining requirements, success metrics and integration plans for POCs and onboardings, coordinating platform implementation, managing timelines and aligning Product, Engineering and customer teams on deliverables and SLAs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, execution and customer collaboration. This is a strong fit for someone who can manage complex stakeholders, remove blockers and make AI projects land properly in production.

Location: Milan/Rome, Italy. 3 days a week in the office

• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking or fast-growing startups
