K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for a permanent position in Italy. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers to design and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to business needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills and a hands-on approach to managing technical outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to innovate in real business environments, making significant contributions to the AI platform.

The position requires presence in the office three days a week in Milan or Rome, with fluent English and Italian preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Strong software design fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Experience building, deploying and improving production systems.
