Callimacus is seeking a talented in-house Recruiter to design and run end-to-end hiring for engineering and other roles as the team grows in Milan. You’ll own sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing, building a durable recruitment process that scales with a young, founder-led startup.

You’ll collaborate with the founders to define the hiring bar, craft employer branding, and implement ATS and tooling. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, merit-driven environment in the center of Milan.

Competenze

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at a startup or scale-up.
• Experience hiring technical roles.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience is required.
• Experience hiring in Milan/Italian/European market is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment campaigns for engineering and other roles.
• Build employer branding, job posts, careers page and recruiting content.
• Set up and optimize ATS and recruiting tooling from scratch.
• Design interview processes and coach interviewers for consistent, fair decisions.
• Partner with founders and teams to define hiring bar and close candidates.
