Dandy is seeking a Founding Account Manager in Milan to build and own a growing book of dental accounts. You will transition new customers from sales to your care and rapidly expand to 100+ accounts across multiple locations.

You will drive Net Revenue Retention by nurturing relationships with doctors, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Training, and Support to maximize customer success and retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the dental industry in Sales or Account Management.
• Proven upsell and portfolio growth track record.
• Strong relationship-building with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Net Revenue Retention through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement.
• Analyze your book of business using data and feedback to inform engagement plans.
• Manage the doctor experience with a mix of service and sales skills during critical moments of the customer journey.
