Jobgether is seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing to lead creator-led campaigns for major consumer brands in the DACH region while based in Italy. This fully remote role offers strategic influence and direct collaboration with company founders to shape growth.

You will own influencer strategy, creator management, and creative concepts, translating brand objectives into measurable social campaigns with data-driven optimization.

• Experience in creative influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of influencer strategies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
• Oversee creator-related processes and collaboration with influencers throughout campaigns.
• Develop engaging creative concepts, briefs, and scripts aligned with brand goals.
• Translate marketing objectives into creator-led campaigns with consistent creative direction.
• Collaborate with founders to define priorities and drive growth.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate results, and identify optimization opportunities.
