Galene.AI, a S2E spin-off, seeks a Founder's Associate who will work directly with the CEO to streamline executive operations, coordinate priorities, and drive strategic initiatives across markets. This is an immersive role with real decision-making exposure rather than a typical internship.

You will support partnerships, manage external relationships, perform market research, track KPIs, and help scale activities in French-speaking regions.

Qualifications

• French or full professional proficiency in French (C1/C2) required; excellent English required.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Management, Communications, or similar degree.

Responsabilités

• Strategic coordination: optimize the CEO's calendar and prioritise top initiatives.
• Communication bridge: liaise between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Executive briefing: prepare materials, memos, and agendas for interactions.
• Relationship management: nurture partnerships and manage follow-ups.
• Special projects: lead market research, competitor analysis, and internal processes.
• Business operations: track KPIs and support strategic goals execution.
• French-speaking market development: support communications and relationship management in French markets.
