Our Forward Deployed Engineers work with customers to design, build, and ship Agentic AI solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform, turning field learnings into reusable patterns.

You will join a tight, autonomous pod that moves fast and owns outcomes. Based in Cluj, Romania with hybrid work options across Romanian locations, Kinaxis offers flexible

Formación

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and RAG systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools in daily practice.
• Experience with agentic orchestration patterns and memory/state handling.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and shipped real systems.
• Proficiency in a backend language (Python preferred).
• Experience with REST and streaming APIs and enterprise integration.
• Data engineering focus: pipelines with Airflow, Kafka, dbt, etc.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Strong debugging instincts with imperfect production data.
• Nice to have: exposure to supply chain planning or logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer solutions end-to-end, prototype, iterate, and deploy in live environments.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and be the technical face of Kinaxis.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel and drive outcomes with discretion.
• Operate in a tight, multi-disciplinary pod with ownership mindset.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert field learnings into durable platform capabilities.
• Mentor customer operators and guide teams through solution transitions to ensure adoption.
