Nutkao is seeking a Process Quality & Product Industrialization Specialist to oversee quality, hygiene and sanitary compliance across production lines and storage facilities. You will drive Food Safety Culture, GMP/GHP adherence and HACCP protocols on the shop floor while coordinating with QA/R&D teams for continuous improvement.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, a relevant scientific degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food sector.
• Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or related fields.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee product quality, hygiene and sanitary compliance across production lines and storage facilities.
• Drive compliance with GMP/GHP, QA/R&D HACCP protocols, and Food Safety Culture on the shop floor.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections and document checks.
• Support deviations, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical concerns as needed.
• Coach production teams and provide training on quality practices.
