Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a passionate and professional F&B Manager for the summer season 2027 at Capri. You will coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards and disseminate departmental goals to colleagues.

You will establish performance standards, update SOPs, support promotions and PR activities to enhance the hotel''s image and profitability, and mentor Outlet Managers while monitoring

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the F&B Department, aligning with Jumeirah standards.
• Establish performance standards and job descriptions for service staff; support promotions and PR activities.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and communicate changes to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Execute tasks from the F&B Director and foster strong relationships with other department management.
• Lead briefings with Outlet Managers and monitor local market activity to inform improvements.
• Monitor outlet profitability and implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Develop ideas to increase F&B sales productivity and plan effective promotions.
• Contribute to building an efficient team through training, safety, and welfare initiatives.
• Support training of Outlet Managers and promote customer requirements awareness.
• Provide coaching and maintain records of education and training to ensure staffing levels meet needs.

Job description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and professional F&B Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the summer season 2027.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards and objectives, and disseminate departmental goals to colleagues.
• Establish performance standards and job descriptions for service colleagues, support special promotions, and engage in PR activities to enhance the Hotel's image and profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date departmental SOPs, update procedures and ensure communication of changes to relevant departments and colleagues in a timely manner.
• Execute assignments delegated by the F&B Director, and foster solid relationships with other departmental management.
• Assist in conducting briefings with Outlet Managers, interacting with local community representatives and potential guests, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategic improvements.
• Monitor the profitability of F&B outlets, and provide solutions for improvement while ensuring each outlet's profitability.
• Aid in the development of ideas to increase F&B sales productivity, plan and implement effective sales and promotional activities, and identify market needs and trends for both Resort guests and the local market.
• Contribute to building an efficient team through training, development, safety, and welfare initiatives, and participate in training programs to improve personal and departmental standards.
• Assist in the training and development of Outlet Managers, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), and promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and discipline to colleagues, maintain appropriate records of education and training, and ensure staffing levels and competence are sufficient to meet organizational and customer needs.
