Walks in Florence is seeking freelance Ground Operations Coordinators to support daily tour operations in the city center, working with guides, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth tours across walking, food, and group experiences. The role is freelance, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, based in Florence and requiring Partita IVA or willingness to register.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian required.
• Based in Florence city
• Partita IVA (VAT number) required or willingness to register
• Availability for weekend and evening work

Mansioni

• Tour coordination: collect tickets, check in guests, resolve issues on the ground, and complete post-tour reports
• Manage day-to-day operations and post-tour reconciliation
• Accounting support: ticket tracking, and operational expenses
• Materials and branding: procurement and distribution
• Operational quality: identify improvements to tours, suppliers, procedures, and itineraries
• Support the Operations team with guide switching, escalations, and resource planning
• Flag and elate ongoing non-compliance with procedures when needed
• Suggest tour or contract updates to the Ground Operations Manager
