Job summary

DNV Group, a global leader in assurance and risk management, is seeking a Planner to support audit planning for IATF, EN91XX and TISAX schemes within the DNV Business Assurance Industry Automotive & Aerospace team. The role focuses on planning and coordinating audit activities and maintaining client information with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

You will act as a key liaison for clients, ensure timely communications, and monitor schedules to optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Comfort with creating solutions and applying new concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office and office productivity tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English; able to communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate audit activities following standards and policies.
• Manage audit scheduling aligned with client requirements and priorities.
• Maintain accurate client information in systems and reflect changes promptly.
• Serve as main contact for clients on audit planning and scheduling.
• Prepare and send audit planning communications with relevant information.
• Ensure smooth information flow between clients, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules and resolve planning issues promptly.
• Track chargeability and resource utilization to optimize auditor allocation.
• Identify improvements to planning processes and ensure quality compliance.
