Descrizione del lavoro

DNV is seeking a Lead Auditor to head audit teams and perform audits in accordance with DNV standards and international norms, while maintaining independence and high quality. You will plan, execute, and report audit findings, travel across Italy, and foster strong client relationships.

The role requires APSCA SA8000 experience or equivalent, fluent Italian with good English, and a proactive, teamwork-driven mindset.

Mansioni

Lead audits and assessments according to DNV standards and protocols and applicable international or national standards.
Ensure independence of the DNV scheme and maintain auditor registration.
Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up within agreed timescales.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
Communicate effectively with line management and client stakeholders.
Use production tools for auditing activities and certificate management.
Contact customers to confirm planned activities and ensure quality systems compliance.
Maintain high morale and contribute to a positive work environment.
Guide junior colleagues through professional development and reviews.
