DNV is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor in Italy to head audit teams, perform audits to DNV standards and maintain independence of the scheme. The role requires APSCA or equivalent qualifications, Italian fluency and willingness to travel across Italy. You will work with clients, manage findings and support certificate issuance.

This position offers smart working according to work needs and a competitive salary package, including a company car and travel allowance.

Competenze

• Already qualified as third-party auditor according to primary voluntary schemes related to Management System Certification or equivalent experience.
• APSCA qualification for third-party audits, SA8000 qualification or experience in social audits constitutes a preferential title
• Fluent Italian and a good knowledge of English will be a plus
• Availability to travel in Italy
• Good skills in team work
• Positive and result-driven mindset
• Good organizational skills

Mansioni

• Lead the audit team in performing audits/assessments according to DNV standards and protocols; ensure independence of the DNV scheme.
• Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
• Maintain auditor registration with DNV or equivalent.
• Communicate effectively with line management and audit team members.
• Ensure proper use of tools and data for auditing activities and certificate issuance.
