TMC, Milano, is seeking a firmware engineer to design and develop embedded software in C and C++. The role involves participating in requirements and architecture, supporting validation, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and technical documentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of related experience with autonomous C/C++ coding.
• Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI).
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (Zigbee, LoRa).
• Proficient in Italian and English.
• Motivation for Employeneurship with TMC.

What We Expect From You

• M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science Engineering
• 5+ years of related experience - Full autonomy in coding in C and C++ languages
• Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, Uart, SPI..)
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (Zigbee, LoRa, etc.)
• Good command of Italian and English language
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.

What You Can Expect From Us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €38,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
