TMC is seeking a skilled electronics engineer for a permanent role in Torino, Italy. You will research, prototype, and sketch the engine of our business, interfacing stakeholders in an international team of engineers with a strong focus on delivering quality results.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Electronics or related field, with hands-on experience in high voltage power electronics, circuit simulation, and both analog and digital design.

Competenze

• MSc in Electronics, Electric Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in High Voltage power electronics (DC/AC, AC/DC, DC/DC conversions).
• Good knowledge of circuit simulation using dedicated software.
• Knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Knowledge of lab tools and debugging activities.
• Experience in HW control is nice to have.
• Fluency in Italian, English is a plus.

About This Vacancy

Starting from evaluating technology trends, you should facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up the engine of our business. You will work in an international context, in a team of engineers with different skill set, interfacing stakeholders and with responsibility on deliverables. It is essential that you are a focused person with excellent communication skills and a personal drive to achieve project goals.

What We Expect From You

• You have a MSc in Electronics, Electric Engineering or equivalent degree
• Experience in High Voltage power electronics (DC/AC, AC/DC, DC/DC conversion)
• Good knowledge of circuit simulation using dedicated software
• Knowledge of both analogic and digital electronics
• Knowledge of lab tools and debugging activities
• Experience in HW control is nice to have
• Fluency in Italian, English is a plus

What You Can Expect From Us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit‑sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
