TMC, Bolzano-based, is hiring Mechanical Engineers for exciting R&D projects. You will design, develop and validate products and systems across diverse engineering applications, requiring 1+ year experience and fluency in English and Italian.

The role offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €31,000, aligned to CCNL Commerce. Aiming for continued growth, a competitive compensation package and project profit-sharing are part of the recruitment process.

Competenze

• M. Sc or PhD in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in product development, design and analysis.
• Good knowledge of CAD tool CATIA.
• Fluency in English and Italian is a must.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €31.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
