Job summary

Fasanara Capital in Ferrara, Italy, is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Associate to manage facility administration, cash flows, and treasury-related operations across portfolios.

You will collaborate with Investments, Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to ensure accurate recording, timely processing, and continuous process improvements.

The role offers exposure to hands-on investment management and regulatory reporting within a growing Fintech-focused asset manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in middle office or loan operations.
• Strong understanding of lending flows, interest and fees.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities and cash flows operations for new and existing facilities.
• Reconcile balances, cash movements, and interest/fee accruals with records and third-party data.
• Support reporting for NAV, valuations, and regulatory submissions; ensure timely documentation and approvals.
• Develop procedures, checklists, and dashboards with Technology and Data teams.
