ACCA Careers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy. You will transform data into strategic insights and partner with business leaders to drive performance and growth across the organization.

This role emphasizes FP&A excellence, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews, delivering data-driven insights to executives.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong FP&A, controlling, or business finance experience.
• Advanced analytics with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar.
• Strong partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and results orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
• Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
• G/L account and balance reconciliation, continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities

What You'll Bring

Education

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business finance.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
