Vodafone Automotive is seeking a Financial Performance Controlling professional to partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders to drive profitability, performance improvement and strategic decision-making.

You will act as a finance partner, delivering proactive insights, supporting budgeting, forecasting and Working Capital optimization, and contributing to monthly performance reviews across the organization.

Competenze

Proven experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A or similar roles.
Experience within structured international organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Mansioni

Support business leaders in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Develop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, customer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution.
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
Drive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions.
Lead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
Support monthly business performance reviews with management teams.
Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management presentations.
Participate in monthly closing and reporting processes.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Promote financial discipline, process improvements and best practices across the organization.
