PVH Corp. is seeking a Business Controlling Intern to join the Finance team in an international, fast-paced environment.

You will support month-end closing, P&L and Capex reporting, budgeting, and profitability analyses, while contributing to improved reporting tools and data-driven decision support. The role focuses on finance planning, analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with English proficiency and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in business controlling, financial planning and analysis.
• Basic understanding of P&L structures and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous project or internship experience involving financial analysis or reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other financial reporting tools is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and curious attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Support month-end closing activities, helping ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist with monthly P&L and Capex reporting, including dashboards and the analysis of performance deviations.
• Support the yearly budget and monthly reforecast processes by collecting, consolidating and analysing financial data.
• Contribute to profitability analyses by channel, brand and store.
• Assist with ad-hoc business and financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with different departments, contributing to a data-driven and analytical approach across the organization.
