Redion Employee Benefits is seeking a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Analyst to join the Financial Reporting & Tax Team. You will contribute to production, validation and improvement of financial and management reports for a global business operating in 120+ countries.

Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to ensure data reliability, supporting dashboards, KPIs and presentations. The role emphasizes data governance, accuracy, and timely delivery during quarterly and year-end

Competenze

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and SQL is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP 4Hana, SAP SRV and Prima is a big asset.
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

• Support the preparation and validation of periodic financial and management reports.
• Perform data quality reviews and reconciliations for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze reporting data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of reporting processes and controls.

• Support production of executive dashboards and management presentations.
