Job summary

SteelcoBelimed is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive costing, process excellence and integration initiatives across the organization. You will lead organizational change, align stakeholders and guide the ERP transformation in collaboration with Miele standards.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance or related field, strong experience in standard costing, SAP FI/CO, and international project leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance and business transformation programs.
• Experience leading organizational change and adoption activities.
• Proven experience with standard costing and cost accounting methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and controlling environments.
• Experience with SAP transformation and ERP projects.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and business process transformation for the costing initiative.
• Coordinate implementation of target Finance ERP and process standards.
• Drive execution of transformation roadmap to the target operating model by 2028.
• Liaise with Finance, Controlling, Operations and IT for alignment.
• Manage dependencies with Post-Merger Integration and Miele integration activities.
• Lead change management across entities to ensure adoption of the future costing model.
• Identify risks and issues and define mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and project organization.
• Ensure business readiness for go-live including training and adoption.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and resolve cross-functional alignment issues.
