Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to support the Finance thread within our S/4 program. You will provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR, ensuring high-quality solutions and enterprise enablement aligned with global standards and governance.

You will collaborate with SAP consultants, business analysts, regional and global partners, and production support to drive implementation, improvement and operational excellence across the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Technology, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in a similar SAP/Finance role.
• At least 2–3 SAP implementation lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR.
• Support SAP implementation and improvement projects across multiple regions.
• Ensure quality and compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, analysts, and regional/global stakeholders.
• Work with production support to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Drive standardization and global business enablement across finance.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver high‑quality resolutions.
• Contribute to KPI maturity roadmaps and process improvements.
• Support data acquisition, normalization, reporting, and publishing where applicable.
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 25–50%.
