Quantis Milano seeks a Finance Specialist to manage AP/AR for the DACH entities and Quantis Holding, collaborating across offices to ensure accurate data and timely payments. You will support harmonization of processes and reporting while contributing to a high-integrity financial backbone in a growing European hub.

The role requires a degree in accounting and 2+ years of experience, with attention to detail and strong ERP experience, including NetSuite as a plus, in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field (explicitly stated as a requirement).
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or general accounting
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Comfortable working in an international, multi-entity environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage priorities independently
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across countries and teams
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite is a plus

Responsabilités

• Process and review supplier invoices with approvals
• Prepare supplier payments and monitor bank execution
• Maintain vendor data and support vendor screening
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist expense and corporate card processes
• Record and archive invoices and supporting docs
• Support travel administration and accounting
• Prepare/issue customer invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices
• Record customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Support monthly/year-end closing activities for AP/AR
• Prepare reconciliations and documentation for entries
• Assist external audits and ensure reliable financial information
• Collaborate with Finance teams across Quantis entities
• Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of Finance processes across offices
