Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance Shared Services in Milan to lead daily operations of AP/AR, payroll, and master data management across business units and corporate finance. You will drive centralized processes, standardize workflows, and implement best practices with ERP governance.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience, strong MS Excel and D365 expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ERP configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressive experience in a dynamic Accounting/Finance environment.
• 5+ years successful supervisory experience
• 5+ years accounting software, advanced MS Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance Shared Services daily operations.
• Supervise and develop employees and manage workload balance.
• Maintain configurations of ERP system and ensure compliance.
• Oversee AP/AR, vendor payments, payroll, and month-end activities.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs, monitor performance.
• Lead ERP phased implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
