dentsu in Milan is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance team, overseeing the full accounting cycle and coordinating payroll-related entries and personnel administration.

The role focuses on personnel management accounting, ENPALS processes, and collaboration with external providers. It supports deadlines and accurate record-keeping while leveraging advanced Excel skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Experience with payroll entries and personnel costs.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounting entries related to personnel costs and payroll liaising with external provider.
• Supporting ENPALS administrative processes and contractor documentation.
• Coordinating relationships with external consultants for personnel-related activities.
• Supporting general accounting tasks within the Finance team.
