Stanley Black & Decker seeks an Finance Manager for Southern Europe to drive planning, performance, and strategic analysis across brands. You will own month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and regional S&OP, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

In this hybrid role, you will lead SG&A budgeting, develop customer P&Ls, and deliver senior-management presentations. Strong Excel, SAP, EPM, and Power BI experience and fluency in Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in financial planning and P&L management.
• Experience with S&OP, budgeting and forecasting in Southern Europe.
• Advanced Excel, SAP, EPM and Power BI skills.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end close with variance analysis and commentary.
• Oversee monthly forecasting, quarterly reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting for Southern Europe across P&L and operating margin.
• Own SG&A spend/forecasting across categories; focus on compensation, marketing, and investment spend.
• Develop customer P&L statements and partner with local teams to drive regional growth.
• Provide senior management with KPI analyses and scenario planning.
• Lead the S&OP process for the region.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and automation with Center of Excellence.
