Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• Minimum of 5-year relevant experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English (C1+).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in OneStream, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• PowerBI development is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, action oriented, eager to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FP&A activities: annual operating plan, forecasts, current quarter estimates.
• Analyze market dynamics, revenue, prices, margins and expenses across products/regions.
• Perform financial modeling and identify go-to-market opportunities.
• Support leadership reviews and drive monthly performance reviews with regional leaders.
• Communicate performance trends and forecasts to business and finance counterparts.
• Explain accounting guidance to business stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to develop finance acumen and deliver trainings.
• Update and advance reporting to meet changing needs.
• Leverage data science tools for insightful analysis.
• Join ad hoc finance projects and share updates.
• Identify issues and propose system/process improvements.
