ASSA ABLOY Group’s Traka Italy team in Bologna is seeking a Finance & Administration Lead to own local finance, partner with the General Manager and Group Finance, and drive accurate reporting and robust financial controls.

You will manage AR, AP, treasury, month-end close, invoicing and working capital, while coordinating with Sales and Operations to support growth. Fluency in Italian and English, 3–5 years in finance, and ERP proficiency are required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration, ideally in international manufacturing or SME.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, AR, AP, treasury, month-end close and reporting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MD/Navision) and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day finance activities including AR, AP, treasury, cash flow monitoring, banking and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, forecasts and performance analysis; assist Group reporting and audits.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, supplier payments and working capital management.
