Chiesi, a global biopharmaceutical group headquartered in Parma, seeks an IT Application Manager & Functional Business Analyst – Finance. You will translate finance needs into IT solutions, own application lifecycles, and drive governance across accounting and treasury domains.

You will partner with Finance and PPM teams, analyze requirements, and help define to-be processes while ensuring stability, compliance, and measurable adoption of finance applications.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles, preferably as functional analyst and/or application manager.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific disciplines.
• English minimum B2 level.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes and their governance, adoption and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in PPM tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira,..)
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and ability to work in international teams.
• Clear communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude.

Mansioni

• Act as a trusted IT partner for Finance stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze business requirements for the evolution of Finance applications.
• Support the definition of future (“to be”) processes and functional solutions.
• Manage finance and PPM applications across their lifecycle, ensuring stability, compliance and continuous improvement, monitoring also their performance and adoption.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, impact assessments and solution evaluations.
• Support testing, documentation, change management and handover to support teams.
• Ensure adequate documentation and support change management activities to facilitate adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in line with ICT governance.
