Bracco Imaging S.p.A. in Milano, Italy, seeks a Finance & IT administrator to support IT financial processes, procurement, data entry and budgeting while developing autonomy and coordination skills. The role also focuses on cloud cost management and FinOps adoption.

You will collaborate with finance and technical teams, handle POs and invoices, and contribute to reporting via Power BI. A Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required, with 1–2 years of experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Controlling or IT administration.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Procurement.
• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing cost models.
• Basic familiarity with cloud billing tools and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Supporting IT finance administration (Purchase Requisitions, POs, invoices).
• Contributing to periodic reporting activities using Power BI.
• Monitoring IT expenditures and budget forecasting activities.
• Supporting chargeback and re-charge activities.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Coordinating small groups to allocate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrating autonomy and proactive organization of activities.
• Monitoring cloud spending across Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Contributing to cost optimization initiatives (rightsizing, unused resources).
